Meet Tara
Tara Trimble, MS, LPC
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here. I provide therapy for business professionals and business owners in Frisco, TX who are facing relationship issues, career changes, or burnout. My practice is dedicated to helping high-achieving professionals and entrepreneurs find relief from stress, reconnect with what matters, and build more satisfying personal and professional lives.
I understand the unique pressures of leadership and entrepreneurship: long hours, constant decision-making, and the toll it can take on your well-being and relationships. That’s why I offer a confidential, judgment-free space where you can reflect, heal, and find clarity.
Together, we’ll address burnout, relationship challenges, and career transitions while building resilience and tools you can use immediately. I offer in-person therapy in Frisco, Texas and secure virtual sessions across the state of Texas so support fits into your busy schedule.
In-Person and
Remote Options
My office is conveniently located near the border of Frisco and McKinney, with quick access from Prosper as well. It’s an easy-to-reach spot that offers both comfort and privacy—close enough to feel convenient, yet tucked away enough to create a calm, welcoming environment where you can feel at ease.
In addition to meeting in person at my office, I also offer virtual sessions, giving you the flexibility to connect from wherever you feel most comfortable.
